1. General Introduction

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at v7vv, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing a valid email address, a secure password, and other required personal details is mandatory. v7vv reserves the right to cancel any account at any time if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person or members of the same household open multiple accounts using one device or IP address, those accounts may be identified as duplicate accounts and all related accounts may be closed.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

v7vv reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, particularly at the time of withdrawal. This process may require a copy of your national identity card, passport, or driving licence. If the required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The payment methods currently accepted at v7vv are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

There is no specific maximum limit on deposit amounts; however, v7vv reserves the right to verify the source of large transactions regardless of amount.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account's KYC verification must be completed.
• The wagering requirements for any applicable bonus must be met.
• There must be no active investigation or dispute.
• The account must be in an active and valid status.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on v7vv are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 will apply and the total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus total). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and may only be used for placing bets.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated with each offer, and any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• v7vv reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus on the relevant account may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The v7vv VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits and cashback rates differ for each tier and are subject to change at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on v7vv are operated using software from certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and unpredictable. v7vv is always committed to ensuring fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits
